Become an NABH Assessor!

How to become an NABH Assessor

A candidate has to attend 3 days program* on Implementation of accreditation standard and then if qualify in this program and meet the following educational & experience requirements, can attend a 3-day assessor training course.
Eligibility Criteria for 3 Day Assessor Training Course:
For clinician: MBBS with 10 years of experience of which 5 years should be in a hospital.
For administrator: PG in Management or Hospital Administration with minimum of 10 years of experience of which 5 years being in the hospital administration
For Nursing assessor: B. Sc. / M. Sc. Nursing with 10 years of experience or diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with 15 years of experience. In both the cases, minimum of 5 years experience should be in supervisory capacity in a hospital.
How to apply: Interested candidates are requested to send their CV in the prescribed format by e-mail at nabh@qcin.org; adnabh@qcin.org or by courier to NABH Secretariat c/o Quality Council of India, 2nd Floor, Institution of Engineers Building, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002.

6. Experience year wise after passing MBBS/Nursing Degree or Diploma/ PG in Management or Hospital Administration

9. Preference of location of the course
10. Passport size photograph
Course details and fee:
The course is non-residential and participant has to attend all the three days. The course involves the interactive teaching & exercises. The evaluation of the participants will be based on the daily monitoring of performance and a written examination. The successful participants would be considered for empanelment as NABH assessors. The fee for the training course is Rs. 10000/- which include the course material, lunch & tea for 3 days. The fee for nursing candidate is subsidized and is Rs. 5000/- only. The fee is to be paid by DD in favour of ‘Quality Council of India' payable at New Delhi.
